Isn't PMC wonderful! I work with it in occasion...still afraid of it, and its pricey tag to buy. I got some of the bronze clay for Christmas, and have ordered some of the copper. Your work in particular inspires me to get back in that mode. I think I will take an Haeckel image from my shop and try to do some detail work.
