A little experiment, a pebble set in clay and then fired... was a bit scared it might explode in the kiln, it did not... will make some more...

the garnets are lovely! i can relate to the feeling of turning anything into a bead with a drill. underwater (glass, stone), above ground (peach pits, drift wood). just a delight. love the pendant. <3

Great drilling. It must take a modicum of patience and just the right pressure I imagine in addition to anchoring your piece to be drilled. That strand is wonderful. Will you be leaving it as a necklace or using the beads individually?
